7 Factors That Make You Healthy
What does it mean to be healthy as a woman? Does it depend on one’s age? One’s weight? From my personal experience of helping women become healthier, I have observed that it does not depend on age nor what state of life she’s in.
I personally started out as an unhealthy, young woman, thinking it was all normal. But with time, I became more focused on treating things naturally. My quest for feeling great in any stage of my life began. I came to realize that it is my purpose in life to help other women do the same!
The 7 Factors
There are several factors that make a woman healthy: free from chronic illness, has sustained energy throughout the day, is at a normal weight for her height, exercises regularly, gets at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night, manages stress well, and relates to others in her life, especially other women. Emotional and mental health are vital to physical health as well and if these are out of balance, physical health is profoundly impacted. Being “healthy” is a multi-pronged approach.
We live in a polluted world within imperfect bodies, so our bodies are impacted by what we are exposed to and what we put on and in our bodies. We regularly need to make shifts in our daily habits to include fasting, cleansing, blood work, and other forms to evaluate our current health status. It is a lifelong process, not a one-time effort.
Prevention is the key to living healthier and longer. It takes effort, but the rewards are immeasurable. Working with a Nutrition and Health Coach is a fabulous way to make this all happen.
