Welcome to Lifestyle Overflow! My name is Gina Forcatto and I am a wife, mother of 3, Practical Nutrition Adviser, health nut, gym rat, and entrepreneur (thank you Shaklee!) 

After my oldest was born, I decided to stay home to be present and involved in the day to day activities of life for my family. I was passionate about eating well, exercising, and learning more about health and wellness. I decided 16 years ago to share my passion for health with others, and have loved the journey ever since.

I’m more than just a Shaklee rep…

My body has healed tremendously! I am free from seizures or the need for the pacemaker, no longer have adult acne, and for being in my mid-50’s, I feel incredible! Through some minor tweaks to my diet, switching to non toxic household and personal care products, and using Shaklee supplements, life is completely different than what it was 18 years ago. 

Is there anything magical about my transformation? 

Absolutely not! I attribute it all to feeding my body on a cellular level with supplements that work. One of Dr. Shaklee’s mottos was, “Give the body what it needs and it will heal itself”. His vision and philosophy in creating the Shaklee Corporation is what has given me a healthy vibrant life. Is it perfect? No. I have health symptoms that pop up from time to time, but the difference is that I now have the tools to address them from a natural stand point.
