6 Crucial Principles to Follow to Avoid Chronic Diseases
Living a healthy, vibrant life, that is free from chronic disease is possible as a woman. There are some basic principles to follow. In my opinion, I’ll share the 6 crucial principles to follow to avoid chronic diseases. The saying is true:
genes load the gun, but the environment pulls the trigger
The environment includes what you eat, what you clean your home with, what skin care products you use, and what you are exposed to when you leave the house.
We don’t have to be defined by our genetics and we don’t have to live in fear because of them. You simply need to take the initial steps to keep from “pulling the genetic trigger”. It can seem daunting, but once you embrace the mindset of healthy living for life, it becomes easier. You simply want to feel your best as long as possible, so you’re willing to make the necessary changes to do it.
By implementing the following principles, you’re well on your way to being the healthy, energetic woman you were in your teens and twenties.
The 6 Principles to avoid chronic diseases
Exercise regularly: build muscle, improve cardiovascular health, and improves metabolic flexibility
Eat whole food: avoid processed food as much as possible; eat lots of vegetables that are bright in color and have a powerful antioxidant impact on the body
Supplement to fill in the gaps and for optimal nutrition: choose the right supplements: ones that are free from contaminants, work on a cellular level
Detoxify the body regularly: saunas(infrared, steam, etc.), 7 day cleanses, dry brushing, detox baths
Avoid chemicals/toxins that can damage on a cellular level : skin care, personal care, household cleaners, weed killers, air fresheners, etc.
Balance hormones: sex hormones, insulin, adrenals
