It’s late at night and your child starts coughing. The market is closed, and you’re left worrying: “Can I wait until the morning to run and grab something over the counter for the cough?” What if it’s a sore throat, allergies, leg cramps, or a stomachache? Over-the-counter meds are our “go-tos”, but they are not without potential dangers. Many over-the-counter medications contain potentially dangerous/dangerous ingredients that can adversely affect your body. They also contain food dyes and other artificial flavors and colors that shouldn’t be there.
